Applications: Type PSQ is mainly used in industries with high cleanliness
requirements, such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, biotechnology, and
food. Due to the higher cleanliness of silicone itself, it is particularly
suitable for pipeline applications in aseptic areas of various industries, and is used for the suction and transportation of high-purity media. Features: High cleanliness, high chemical stability, excellent temperature

Inner tube: High purity PFA inner layer (FEP liner can be customized) . Reinforcement: High-strength multi-layer synthetic fiber with built-in
spiral steel wire. Cover: Platinum-cured silicone tube, which is clean, odorless and has a smooth surface. Temperature range: -30℃ to + 150℃ (Depending on the medium) . Standard / Approval: FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, USP Class VI, GB4806.7, GB31604.30
It can undergo steam sterilization (in-line sterilization) at a temperature
of up to 135 ℃ and a pressure of 3.5 bar for no more than 30 minutes.

All technical data are tested at 20°C (room temperature).Working pressure decreases as temperature increases.Please consult our sales engineer for applications at elevated temperatures.
