The RGBG Series rubber hose is a peristaltic squeeze hose professionally designed for industrial peristaltic hose pumps (also known as peristaltic pumps).A peristaltic pump mainly consists of the hose, rotor rollers, and pump casing.The hose is periodically compressed and released by the rotor rollers to achieve fluid transfer:

• When compressed, the elasticity of the rubber creates a vacuum to draw in media;

• When released, the hose recovers elastically to push the media forward.

This continuous “peristaltic” action ensures steady, continuous flow.

The RGBG Series features an anti-deformation structure with optimized stress distribution, providing the rubber layer with high elasticity, excellent wear resistance, and high pressure resistance.Length can be customized to fit the customer’s peristaltic pump.

The RGBG Series is compatible with leading global peristaltic pump brands, including:Verderflex, Bredel, Abaque, etc.

ApplicationsWidely used in:smelting, petroleum, chemical, construction, food, pharmaceutical, water treatment industries.Especially suitable for:

• High-viscosity media: paints, latex, etc.

• High-abrasion media: slurries, pulps, etc.

• Outer Cover: Anti-aging, wear-resistant synthetic rubber, with friction-enhanced surface.

Temperature Range

-40°C ~ +100°C (depending on inner tube material)
