Structural Features

The valve body is integrally formed by cold pressing of steel pipe and fully welded, eliminating any possible external leakage.It adopts a spring-loaded seat assembly structure with strong adaptability to pressure and temperature variations, ensuring tight contact between the seal ring and the ball.Under the premise of reliable sealing, the valve opens and closes flexibly with light operation.The ball and stem are precision machined to reduce the friction coefficient between mating surfaces, further improving sealing performance and optimizing operating torque.

Operation Types

Design for Buried Service

For buried service valves, an extended operating stem, extended service pipes (including two-channel vent pipes, two-seat sealant injection pipes, and body bottom drain pipe), and control valves are provided, bringing the operating position to ground level for easy access.The valve surface is protected by corrosion-resistant asphalt or epoxy coating, combined with on-site pipeline bonding and cathodic protection, making it suitable for buried installation environments.
