Applications

Structural Features

The valve body is formed from steel plate and fully welded as an integral unit, eliminating any possible external leakage. It adopts a spring-loaded seat assembly structure with strong adaptability to pressure and temperature variations, ensuring tight contact between the seal ring and the ball. On the premise of reliable sealing, the valve opens and closes flexibly with light operation. The ball and stem are precision machined to reduce the friction coefficient between mating surfaces, further improving sealing performance and optimizing operating torque.

Operation Types

Cameron can supply various types of valve actuators: manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, gas-hydraulic actuators, etc. Specific models are selected according to the operating torque of the valve.

Design for Buried Service

For buried service valves, an extended operating stem, extended service pipes (bilateral vent pipes, bilateral seat sealant injection pipes, and body bottom drain pipe) and control valves are provided, bringing the operating position to ground level for convenient operation. The valve surface is protected by corrosion-resistant asphalt or epoxy coating, combined with on-site pipeline bonding and cathodic protection, making it suitable for buried installation environments.
