Teflon PFA spray coating

The material is a copolymer of a small amount of perfluoropropyl perfluorovinyl ether and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).It exhibits improved melt adhesion and reduced melt viscosity, while its performance remains unchanged compared with PTFE.This resin can be directly processed into products using conventional thermoplastic molding methods.

Long-term service temperature: -80°C to 260°C.It features outstanding chemical corrosion resistance to all chemicals,the lowest friction coefficient among plastics,and excellent electrical properties with temperature-stable electrical insulation.It is widely known as the “King of Plastics”.

Its chemical resistance is similar to PTFE and superior to polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).

It has better creep resistance and compressive strength than PTFE,with high tensile strength and elongation up to 100–300%.It also provides excellent dielectric properties, outstanding radiation resistance, and high flame retardancy.
