Teflon ECTFE spray coating

ECTFE resin is a 1:1 alternating copolymer of ethylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE).It has a melting point of 464 °F and a density of 1.68 g/cc.
ECTFE exhibits excellent performance from low temperatures up to 330 °F.Its strength, wear resistance and creep resistance are significantly higher than those of PTFE, FEP and PFA.
It is resistant to most corrosive chemicals and organic solvents at both room and elevated temperatures. It features a low dielectric constant of 2.6, with stable properties over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies.

ECTFE is non-flammable and prevents flame spread. When exposed to fire, it decomposes to form a hard carbon char.
