Universal fully conductive hose, especially suitable for cosmetics, pharmaceutical and flammable & explosive chemical industries, ideal for work areas requiring maximum operational safety.
Designed to ensure electrostatic discharge not only on the surface but also rapidly through the hose wall (R < 10⁹ Ω).
Construction
Inner Tube: PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy Polymer), fully fluorinated, mirror-smooth, black, antistatic (R < 10⁶ Ω).
Reinforcement: High-strength multi-ply synthetic fiber, embedded helical steel wire and copper conductor wires to ensure electrostatic discharge.
Cover: Marble finish (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene – UPE), smooth, abrasion-resistant, weather-resistant.
Special cloth-like surface complies with FDA standards, odorless, tasteless, non-staining, antistatic (R < 10⁶ Ω).
