The PTFE-lined flange-to-clamp adapter -PLRLTC features a 3A standard sanitary clamp and a flange conforming to HG20592 PN16.It is manufactured by high-temperature compression sintering using food-grade PFA resin onto the stainless steel body.The inner surface is smooth and crevice-free, complying with hygienic design requirements.
Both ends adopt a unique flanging process, which ensures tight bonding with the stainless steel body and prevents edge curling during long-term service.
Operating temperature range: -60°C to +230°C
