Fluroine-lined Globe Valve

A diaphragm valve is a special type of valve with a shut-off function. Its closing element consists of a steel disc and a diaphragm made
of soft material (a composite of rubber and fluoroplastic). It separates the inner cavity of the valve body from the inner cavity of the
bonnet to achieve the purpose of shutting off the medium in the pipeline. I. Fluoroplastic Lined Diaphragm Valve Series Introduced by the Company
The basic series of diaphragm valves are the fully lined G41F46 and EG41F46 weir types and the G45F46 straight-through type. Their
characteristics are as follows:
1. The composite diaphragm separates the lower inner cavity of the valve body from the bonnet cavity and forms a straightthrough channel with it. This completely isolates internal parts such as the stem and disc in the upper part from the medium, eliminating the need for a packing seal structure. This design prevents both internal and external leakage of the medium
simultaneously. 2. Utilizing a diaphragm made from FEP (Teflon) fluoroplastic composite with synthetic rubber and a valve lined with Teflon
fluoroplastic, these valves are suitable for various highly corrosive media except for "molten alkali metals and elemental
fluorine". 3. The diaphragm, acting as the actuating element, is prone to fatigue fracture due to frequent opening and closing. It should be
replaced periodically based on the operating conditions and the characteristics of the medium. 4. The anti-corrosion performance and recommended service temperatures for fluoroplastics can be found in the "Fluoroplastic
Lining Performance Table for Valves and Pipeline Accessories". II. Actuation Methods
Manual, Pneumatic (Normally Open or Normally Closed), Electric.
