Flanges comply with HG20592‑97 standard.The product is constructed with food‑grade PFA tubing lined inside SS304 stainless steel pipe.
It features a smooth, flat surface and meets hygienic design requirements.
Unique flanging technology is applied to both end flanges,ensuring the liner is firmly bonded to the stainless steel with no curling or delamination during long‑term service.
Operating temperature range:-60℃ to +230℃
Flange standards: EN (European Standard), ANSI (American Standard), etc.
Stainless steel pipe material: SS316, SS316L, etc.
Liner material: FEP or PTFE tubing available.
Anti‑static conductive PFA / FEP / PTFE available upon request.
