Fluorine-Lined Diaphragm Valve

A wedge gate valve is one of the most common types of on/off valves. It uses a wedge-shaped gate
to connect or shut off the medium in a pipeline. Wedge gate valves are not allowed to be slightly
opened for use as a throttling device in pipelines, to prevent accelerated erosion damage to the
sealing surfaces caused by high-velocity fluid flow. I. Characteristics of the Wedge Gate Valve
1. Components directly in contact with the medium, such as the inner cavities of the valve
body and bonnet, and the external surfaces of the gate and stem, are entirely lined or coated
with fluoroplastic. 2. The sealing pair consists of combinations like FEP (F46) or other materials, featuring a low
coefficient of friction and low operating torque. 3. The packing uses standard PTFE (F4), offering good sealing performance and easy
maintenance and replacement. 4. The elastic wedge gate can compensate for deviations in the wedge angle between the gate
sealing surface and the seat sealing surface, ensuring good contact and ideal sealing effect. 5. The medium can flow through the gate valve from either side, making it suitable for use as
